The Catholic Diocese of Leeds has served Catholic communities across Yorkshire’s historic West Riding since 1878.
Today the Diocese brings together parishes across West Yorkshire and parts of North and East Yorkshire, supporting vibrant Catholic communities through worship, education, and pastoral care.
Alongside its churches, the Diocese nurtures a wide network of schools and specialised educational institutions. It is led by the Bishop of Leeds, whose residence and administrative offices are based in Headingley.
